Wonderful Treasure Island guest suite (1 room +bathroom) located downstairs below my house. We are about a 2 minute walk from the beach and San Luis Pass. The guest suite has a private entrance with a small kitchenette that includes a sink, small full size fridge, convection toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and coffee maker. Linens and bath towels plus travel amenities like shampoo. Coffee and tea are included. The studio is perfect for couples, fishermen and families with small children

The space
The guest suite is located in the downstairs area of my beach house. I live upstairs in the home. Located in the studio is a kitchenette, a queen size bed, a twin bed with trundle that is also utilized as a sofa, plus a separate bathroom with shower. We include Netflix and Hulu for movie watching. There is a large dining table outdoors, an out door shower for rinsing after the beach and plenty of seating. A charcoal grill too! The patio downstairs has several seating areas and is for your exclusive use. We are about 15 to 20 minutes from Surfside and 40 minutes from a grocery store. Very remote. Please bring food or plan to drive if you want to eat out. Most guests choose the Studio because of the isolation and lack of other people on the beach. Click on the map to check out the location.

The kitchenette includes a small full size refrigerator/freezer, induction hot plate, microwave, convection toaster oven and coffee makers. Both regular and Keurig coffee makers.

Please note this is a studio and other than the bathroom is all one space. The trundle bed that pulls out from twin sofa bed stays on the ground.
It rains in the summertime. This means there are mosquitos! Please bring mosquito repellant. I try and provide it, but sometimes I run out. A lot of times the breeze keeps them away, but when it is still they can be bad!

The beach!!! Only a short walk to the pristine beach that is quite and sparsely populated. This location is amazing for bird watching, fishing or just lounging on the beach. Please bring food or be prepared to drive about 15 to 20 minutes for restaurants. Ideal for a quiet getaway or family time

I live full time on Treasure Island. I love it here. The beach is my happy place. I manage several beach homes and decided to rent out the downstairs studio so others can enjoy this prime location.
