The space
The accommodation is located in a large family property dating from the 17th century. This property is divided into two parts : a part that we rent with pool and a part reserved for owners. The two parts are TOTALLY independent : each has its own access, its own terrace....
The pool is specific to the rented accommodation and therefore dedicated only to tenants. It is unheated.
The house is set in a beautiful 10-hectare park with a 600-year-old oak. You can see deer at sunrise and sunset. The accommodation is completely renovated with a beautiful private swimming pool in a magnificent green setting composed of lavender, magnificent palm trees, hydrangeas...
The pool is open from May 1st and is closed at the end of September.
The place is a haven of peace and the accommodation is very functional, very bright and in a new condition. All linen ( 1 set per person for the duration of stay) is included in the price.
The place is very pleasant summer as well as winter. The back season (Sept and Oct) is often magnificent and in winter the house is very well heated (gas) and allows to spend pleasant evenings by the fire.
In summer, the beaches are easily accessible by car.
