Our cozy and exclusive 3BR apartment in Kemang Village Residence, located conveniently next to Lippo Mall Kemang in South Jakarta. Just walking distance to Jln. Kemang Raya where all the restaurants and stores are located. The apartment is fully furnished with modern designs, gourmet kitchen, big dinning table, leather sofa and king size beds. All rooms are equipped owned TV and Air-conditioned. It comes with all basic necessity such as toiletries, towel and bed linen, 24/7 security, very safe.

The space
The 3 bedrooms apartment is designed and furnished with very cozy and luxurious modern design. Very easy to live-in with all details which makes you feels like home with the touch of the hotel-like luxury.
Each bedroom is wooden floored and each has its own TV and air-conditioner.
The master bedroom and 2 bedroom comes with kin-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has twin-single bed (good for 2 people). The master-bedroom has ensuite bathroom and private access to the balcony. The second bathroom is outside, shared for both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The marbled floor living room and dinning room are in the same area but very spacious. Living room comes with very comfortable L-shape leather sofa and big TV. It has access to the balcony and from the balcony it is overlooking the Kemang area. It never fails giving fantastic view (unless it is raining).

Dinning table is huge with 6 dinning chairs. Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stocked kitchen. Oven, Microwave, full size fridge, toaster, dishes, drink ware, utensils, pots and pans are available. Another separate kitchen is available at the back along with bedroom and bathroom for housekeeper. Clean and spacious service area with washing machine and dryer is also at the back.
You will notice the apartment has many storage space available for your convenience.

It is at the most happening area in South Jakarta. The apartment area is next to Lippo Mall Kemang, there is indoor access from the apartment connecting to the mall via basement and buggy/golf cart is provides from the lobby to the mall, which is very convenient when it is raining or hot to walk from the outside. Otherwise, a nice and short walk through the walkway path outside is my preference to go to the mall. It takes on 5 minutes walking to go to the mall from my house door on the 23rd floor until reaching the main entrance mall.
Walking distance to go to Jln. Kemang Raya via Jln. Taman Kemang. Along the street of Jalan Kemang Raya there are plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries, spa and salon, etc.
