Camp Hornbill was set up in 2010 by residents of the village Kyar, that lies within the Pawalgarh Conservation Reserve (PCR). The PCR is also part of the larger Corbett Tiger Reserve in Uttarakhand India.
If you are Traveler and not a tourist, if you are looking to experience India beyond the guidebooks and the backpacking stories, if you want amazing stories of India about when you met the most hospitable people….then you need to head to Kyari – an Indian village home stays.

The space
Place is surrounded by dense forest, river Khichri and Dabka. This place will give you an experience of forest with fresh air and environment accompanied with sounds of wildlife creatures. Best place for nature walk, bird watching, village life and interaction with locals. Also, exposure to farming and crop plantation. Away from hustle and bustle of city life. Give yourself ‘Adrenile Rush’ by walking around and explore. Authentic food experience.
Jeep safari can be arranged on request, if lucky enough, you would have glimpse of many wild animals.
