The house is located at North Poblacion, Larena, Siquijor on a quiet neighbourhood, peace loving community wherein we are looking at each others welfare. The house is not only gated for security, it also provide as a perfect getaway from a noisy city with sea view at the balcony area as well as mountain view. Although it's in the central location near banks and local amenities such as church, municipal hall, port side, it is located on the hill part of town near Townview Hotel.

The space
The house is ideal for soul searching as it's quite place within 1-2 min walk to town centre and 10 to 15 min walk from the port of Larena. You have your own privacy as you stay on your own for the duration of your bookings. It is also gated for privacy and you have the entire house for the duration of your stay. Our caretaker leaves at the back of the house which is a bonus should you need any assistance.

The neighbourhood is friendly and accomodating. There is also Townview Hotel nearby. Occasionally, there is a potential noise from moving vehicles especially motorcycle as it is along the road going to Basac. There is also potential noise from rosters from our neighbour. The terrace is essential to stay during night time to unwind yourself from the hassle and buzzles of city life as you can see the blinking lights from Dumaguete Boulevard. You can also see the view of Triad Coffee Shop more during the day and less during the night. There is also sea view from the balcony but some buildings distract the view.
