Our beach front home is perfect for families to relax outside and get away from the crazy city noise. We are at a perfect distance from the town of Monterrico; close enough to walk and yet far enough to not be disturbed by the crowds and noisy events. There is nothing other than the ocean in front of the house which guarantees a pleasant breeze throughout the day and a clear view of every sunset, provided it's not a hazy day.

The space
The house includes Housekeeping and Groundskeeper, who are available to cook the foods you bring/plan and clean throughout your stay. Why work when you're here to relax!

A meare 20 minute walk on the beach will lead you to the town of Monterrico with many small shops and restaurants for further entertainment. Another 10 minute walk from there will take you to the Sea Turtle Shelter. All can be reached by car on the designated roads.
