The home is a two story home in a well kept and secure neighborhood, 3 miles to the Pacific Ocean. Weather is beautiful here!.
The bedroom that the guests will occupy is upstairs and there is one bathroom for the guests use. I do not have pets or accept pets, because I am allergic. The complete upstairs is for the use and enjoyment of the guests alone. No smoking is allowed in the house.

The space
The bedroom that you will occupy has a very comfortable king size bed and a large wall to wall closet. There is a small refrigerator for the convenience of the guest, bottle water is provided there for your use. The bedroom is upstairs. I only host one guest party at a time, this provides more privacy for each guest I host. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom also, cable service is provided. The whole upstairs floor is for the guest alone. I provide for my guests a couple of comfortable white terry robes. Also all the toiletries needed are provided for your use, except tooth paste and tooth brush.
The room next to the one you will be occupying has a small desk and a chair (for your work if you need it). Also mirror doors on the closet are an added convenience. The ironing board and iron are also set there permanently for your convenience (in that extra room).

We are a retired couple that enjoys traveling and dancing. I was born in Cuba and I am fluent in both Spanish and English. Patrick speaks English as his first language and conversational Spanish that he had learn on travel abroad.
