According to Malaysia government policy, only visitor who had completed two doses Covid-19 vaccination with digital certificate proof are allowed to visit residential building as staying guest. This condo unit has 610 sq ft, perfect and spacious enough for 2 to 4 guests. Furnished with one (1) queen bed, extra guests can be sleeping on the specially prepared extra mattress, with cleaned blanket, pillow, and bed sheet. Essential items for kitchen and bathroom （only except toothpaste & toothbrush）inclusive of tea making facilities are also provided.

Swimming pool and gym room facilities are available. A free indoor covered parking lot is available upon request on first come first serve basis. Alternatively, there are plenty of available free legal parking lots right outside of the building too.

P/s: We do have other sister units with similar interior design at the same building! If your selected dates are not available, you can always contact us to find the unit that best suits you!

There is also a 24 hour convenience store, club snooker, and laundry service located at the building. You can also go to a nearby shopping malls for a movie or leisure walk.
