This beautiful townhouse is situated in the heart of Nedlands on a quiet, leafy residential street. The residence has a secluded courtyard, laneway entry & garage. Hollywood Hospital, QEII precinct, Perth Children's Hospital, UWA & Kings Park are all within 2-10 min walk away. Hampden Road is < 500m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. Close to bus/train. Ideal spot for work, holiday or retreat

The space
This stylish, compact space (60m2) is ideally suited for 1-2 guests. However, for a shorter stay, there is capacity to accommodate up to 4 people.

One travel cot (linen provided), one travel infant high chair & 2 safety gates (for the staircase) are all available for hire. Please request upon your initial enquiry.

UPSTAIRS:
The upstairs master bedroom has a queen sized bed, built-in wardrobe & ceiling fan.

The main bathroom, including a bath is located upstairs. A non-slip bath mat is available. The laundry closet (located discreetly in the bathroom) includes a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Electrical appliances include Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle and rice cooker. Off the kitchen area is private obscured glass balcony for sitting outside.

The TV and sitting area upstairs (near the kitchen) is compact and consists of a two seater couch. There is a powerful reverse cycle airconditioner above the TV to heat or cool the the entire upstairs section.

GROUND FLOOR:
The entry is on the ground floor from either the front door or the garage.

The room found on the ground floor is the main sitting area with a 3 seater couch/chaise longe. This room also has a TV, desk, wardrobe & an ensuite toilet. A ceiling fan and reverse cycle airconditioner have been installed.

In addition to accomodating 1-2 people upstairs in the master bedroom an extra 1-2 people can be accommodated downstairs for short stays (recommended for a few days duration only). The couch downstairs can be converted into a double sofa bed. Also, a comfortable, single, temporary bed can be set up (downstairs only), either in addition to the sofa bed or by itself. Upon booking, please notify the host if you require either the sofa bed or single bed.

There is a secluded courtyard on the ground floor to enjoy the outdoors with a table and 4 chairs.

The townhouse is located in the vibrant heart of Nedlands where you will find Hampden Road cafe strip, Hollywood Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children's Hospital and surrounding Monash Avenue medical facilites.

Restaurants, cafes, bakery, wine shop, bank, ATM, deli, newsagent, 2 pharmacies (& more) all walking distance (< 500m away) on Hampden Road.

The beautiful UWA campus, Matilda Bay/Swan river with stunning views of Perth City is a only a short walk away. Be sure to take the underpass under Stirling Highway to access UWA campus and walk there via Park Road from here. Kings Park with its lovely walking paths, cycle trails, cafes and playgrounds is also easily accessed in minutes by foot.

Perth City is 6km from Nedlands making The townhouse a perfect place to stay for travellers with business in the CBD that prefer accommodation away from city bustle.
