Hola, Y'all! Come and enjoy South Texas in our beautiful one bedroom apartment in downtown Del Rio! This apartment is light, comfortable and the perfect place to stay while enjoying our border town!

The space
Spacious and calming with an eclectic flair.

The space is outfitted with a complete kitchen. An apartment size electric stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffeemaker and everything you will need to cook, along with a few snacks as well as coffee and teas for the morning.

The comfortable living room has a cozy full size couch and several chairs for lounging. Off of the living room is the a cozy dining room table.

The private bedroom is equipped with a king size platform memory foam bed. We do have a fully functioning and very comfortable air mattress to accommodate additional guests upon request.

The bathroom has a spacious tub and shower, and great water pressure! And the vintage blue and yellow tile is priceless!

The apartment keeps cool during the summer months and warm during the winter months with 2 full size window units. One window unit is located in the dining room and is very effective at keeping the front area of the apartment comfortable. The second window unit is located in the bedroom and sets the stage for a very comfortable night of sleeping!

It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Come see us!

Our apartment is located on one of the main streets that leads to the heart of downtown Del Rio. Pecan Street is busy with traffic throughout the day, but the traffic noise inside the apartment is minimal and rarely noticed.

This happening location in the heart of Del Rio puts you within walking distance to Benny's Diner, as well as local art galleries, shops, HEB (grocery store), and the San Felipe Creek.

Our apartment is also a short 5 minute drive to Val Verde Winery, the oldest winery in Texas.

For legal professionals, we are also within walking distance (5mins max) to the Federal, County and State Courthouses.

For family and friends visiting Laughlin A.F.B. we are an easy drive to and from the base.

If you are in town visiting Lake Amistad we are about a 20 minute drive to and from the lake.
