The apartment measures 50 m2 and has air conditioning in the living room, whose power reaches the whole apartment.

It has a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. All fully equipped.

The bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 m. And closets. It has sheets and blankets and spare sets.

The bathroom has a shower (no bath) and is equipped with hairdryer and first aid kit, plus 4 sets of towels and amenities.

The kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped: kitchen, oven, extractor, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, household goods, cutlery, pans, etc. Everything you need.

The living room has a sofa bed (the bed of 1.35 m), 50 "TV and Spanish channels and satellite (URL HIDDEN) has dining room with interior lighting, dining table, 4 chairs and two stools. Beach towels of good quality.

The apartment is delivered clean and with all beds, kitchenware, towels, etc., clean. Everything is ready to start enjoying. It is an apartment with very good views and very comfortable.

THE ENVIRONMENT

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Caesars Building (you hear the sea from the apartment), direct to the sea, 10 meters from Cala Es Hostalot, Santa Ponsa, Mallorca. Without crossing roads.

Santa Ponsa is a fully developed first-line tourist resort.

All services: Supermarkets, bus stop, medical center, restaurants (there is one right next to the building, on the promenade), shops and of course Cala Es Hostalot. The beach of Santa Ponsa is 5 minutes walking distance and there are several beaches closer.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

There are many possibilities. From getting up and sticking a dip in the pool or beach even before having breakfast and then spending the day at the beach lying in the sun, or take a walk, dive, Segway, Jetboat, hiking, 4x4 ... practically whatever you want You have it, whether you are quiet or very active, there is for everyone.

The nightlife is very lively in summer and quite quieter in winter. There are restaurants of all kinds, some very good at a reasonable price, open all year round. In the same building there is a snack bar with terrace open all day.

Golf course and marina with all services in the same Santa Ponsa.
