Our apartment is located in an excellent region, facing the beach and near the Barra da Tijuca shopping area. Has a suite which is very comfortable for two, gourmet kitchen, balcony with a view of the sea, large living room in an apartment with many services.

The space
The apartment is located in front of the beach, between posts 1 and 2, one of the best regions of Barra da Tijuca: Jardim Oceânico. It is very cozy and comfortable, has 70 m2 and accommodates 4 people comfortably. Has a suite with a queen bed and an office with a widow, which accommodates two people, plus a bathroom. The kitchen is American-style and well equipped. There is a small laundry area with a washer and dryer, clothes line and tank. All rooms have air conditioning. The building has several amenities such as a pool, exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi, messenger service for local trade purchases and chair and tent rentals for the guests to take to the beach. The apartment has a cleaning service three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), except on holidays. It is located 5 minutes on foot from Avenida Olegário Maciel, where you can find markets, bars, restaurants, shops and public transportation. The building has a car garage.

The apartment has cleaning service three times a week - Mon, Wed, and Fri - except on holidays. It's a 5 minute walk to Av. Olegário Maciel, where there are several markets, bars, restaurants and stores, and where the guests can use public transport if needed. The apartment also has a parking spot.
