The space
The unit has a good size air conditioned bedroom, a modern bathroom (shower only), a well appointed kitchen (but no full oven, has convection microwave). A dining room and a cozy small TV area with DVD player and some DVDS for viewing. The main areas are also air conditioned. The unit is non smoking (smoking strictly outside) and pet free.

We are in a quiet, tidy neighbourhood and we have great neighbours. From here you can walk (or short drive) to cinemas, restaurants and cafes, the river walking/bike paths, the free Riverway Lagoon pools, Townsville's largest shopping centre, and more. We are about 20 mins from the city and beach, 10 mins from the Murray Sports Complex and from the new stadium. Also under ten mins to JCU and the T'vill Gen Hospital.
