This apartment is an "all accessible walk out" and pet (dog only) friendly residence. I have cat allergies. I request information on the pet guest that you plan to bring.

Property is located in a private, quiet, scenic rural setting on Route 160, very close to Ebensburg, Altoona, Indiana and Johnstown, PA.
Route 219, Route 53, Route 22 and Route 422 are close by.

St. Francis University, UPJ, and Blue Knob Ski Resort are less that 20 miles away. IUP in Indiana is 30 - 40 minutes away.

The space
This apartment is about 1200 square feet of living space with a private walk out patio area out front. You have a full laundry room, bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room are included in the apartment. All bedding, linens and towels are provided. There is a T V in the master bedroom and I've added a second bed in the extra large open space to accommodate guest needs.
There is a small desk with a desk light as a separate working space.

Rural setting on Route 160 - very close to the Wilmore Dam which provides fishing, kayaking, picnic and other water activities.
Blue Knob skiing is 15 miles away.
Johnstown Flood Museum and Inclined Plane are 15 minutes away. Flight 93 Memorial is about 1/2 hour away.

There are numerous grocery shopping and restaurant options within 3-5 miles from my home.

I’m retired from a challenging position as CEO of a local non profit organization. I have always enjoyed traveling but now find that I would rather entertain friends and family here in my home. Chatting while relaxing on the back porch we can sit and listen to the waterfall and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my peaceful, wooded surroundings.
My son recently married and moved leaving his apartment/mother-in-law suite vacant, I look forward to sharing this space with AirBnB guests.
I look forward to hosting and meeting new people and making new friends as they travel in this beautiful area of Pennsylvania.
