This comfortable home is located in the Waterfront, just around the corner from the Platz Am Meer shopping mall and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is tastefully equipped and always clean. The house offers excellent security in a friendly neighbourhood and ample parking. Garage parking for 2 vehicles is available. Our place offers comfortable accommodation for four (4) adults and is suitable for adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The space
Our house is very homely, good for families, couples, travelers and business travelers. There are two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, dinning, lounge, laundry, garage and indoor braai area.

The Security system consists of an alarm as well as Laser Beams, which is directly linked to the Armed Response unit (G4S).

It is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and DSTV (Compact). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, electric stove and double oven. The laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also an Iron and Ironing Board for the comfort of the visitors.
