My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

(We require no "masks" even if Airbnb lists this as such... due to requirements for hosting!)

The space
This bedroom has a queen sized WATERBED! It is on the main level right next to the guest bathroom which can be shared by other guests if we have them, otherwise the bathroom is a private room reserved for guests only, during their stay.
We have 3 spare bedrooms in our home where guests can stay IF necessary. If this is the case, please contact us about this when you book.
Our basement bedroom has a high, queen bed, but we have no bathroom in our basement. Our second upstairs bedroom has twin/ trundle beds, and is across the short hall from the upstairs Zebra bedroom.

Our house is private from the rest of our neighbors, and other houses cannot be seen from our yard. Our closest neighbor is at our highway turnoff, one mile away. Our house is surrounded by a large, mowed yard, and surrounded by miles of pasture beyond that. We have lots of trees near us, and shady areas to hang out in the yard. There are a few barn cats outside.

My husband and I are Nebraska cattle ranchers, living on the family homestead which has been in the family for about 125 years. We live about 40 miles from the nearest large city. We have been married 25 years, have 3 grown boys, and are Christians. We attend church regularly, and are non smokers. We enjoy people, and sharing ranch life with those who do not get to experience life on a ranch. I love to garden and enjoy home canning, as well as landscaping my yard. I have my own catering, and jam and jelly businesses, and make my own greeting cards. My husband and I love to watch movies, and play cards/games. We have 3 guest rooms, and very large yard, also one housecat.
