The studio is small (about 15 sqm) but very nice. It is located in Bunkeflostrand, close to Malmö Hyllie train station, and only 13min by train from Copenhagen. The studio is modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. it is suitable or someone who wants quick access to public transportation or free parking for a car, close to the highway, and close to beautiful nature and the ocean.

Bunkeflostrand is a quiet and pleasant residential area bordered by a nature reserve by the sea, Bunkeflostrand beach meadows. East of Bunkeflostrand is Hyllie, where Hyllie Arena, with train station, and Emporia shopping centre are located.
Biking and hiking facilities are plentiful.
A small walk (2 min) to bus no. 4 Bernstorp via Limhamn (bus stop Bunkeflostrand Ängsdalsvägen) takes you to central Malmö in about 15-30 minutes (about 8 km). It also goes to Malmö Central Station.
A bus ride in the other direction by bus 6 Toftanäs via Hyllie (Bunkeflostrand Centrum stop) from Ica (takes 5 min to walk) to Hyllie takes about 7 min (4 km). Malmömässan, Hyllie Arena and Emporia shopping centre are located there.
