Great for families! Hot tub, ping pong, gas grill. We have 3 acres, a 3/4 acre pond with dock, fishing poles provided. Small sandy beach for access to float or use our kid kayaks, also a playscape/sand box. 20 to min E Lansing, 30 min to Lansing. 1 mile to Perry, gas, grocery, restaurants. Sm parties of up to 10 extra allowed for 3-4 hours=$100, MUST let us know when booking. Maximum for overnight is 10 people! SORRY NO pets, NO weddings, NO groups of 20-30 yr old guys with alcohol involved.

The space
Our home looks like a 2 story, but is not. 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom is ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bath, with one of those rooms being the "family" room, with a queen bed, crib, and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. The lower level office/ basement bedroom has a futon that will sleep 2, plus a single roll away bed. There is also a love seat that folds down to make another single, would be big enough to sleep 2 kids on. While there is no bathroom in the basement the half bath is right at the top of the stairs. Also in the basement is the ping pong table and some workout equipment that is set up. Please supervise kids closely on the exercise equipment. The pellet stoves in the LR and basement "bedroom" are very difficult to use. If you have experience with using one, we may be convinced to light it off for you, otherwise we prefer to not have guests and fire mixing.

Perry, Michigan, United States

We are adjacent to M52, so a quick hop on that to get north or south. Otherwise we are a rural area, with farm fields to our north and south. Most of the houses that are along our street are on multi acre lots. There are a lot of songbirds, occasionally you will see a deer or sand hill cranes in the fields. Sometimes at night you will hear coyotes, far away from the house off in the tree line beyond the fields.
