Bright and beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, hardwood and tile floors. This space has a newly remodeled bathroom, living room with leather sleeping couch, kitchenette, bedroom/glass atrium, private backyard with table and chairs eating space. Brand new 12" thick queen size memory foam bed. Decor is a clean, modern, yet artistic vibe. We just put in new heater/AC unit. This house is quiet, on a family Cul-De-Sac. The house is walking distance from grocery stores, a neighborhood Starbucks and other fun shops. Disneyland and Laguna Beach is only a 15-20 minute drive!

We have wonderful neighbors that are quiet, have lived here for 20-30 years. The parking is always easy and open in front of our house. We have a great yard filled with citrus trees (9 different kinds), we have a Gardner here weekly keeping things beautiful. We are centrally located to shopping, beaches, hiking, and camping as well as multiple businesses. Our space makes for a great getaway or even an executive stay location for in town business people wanting something better than a hotel.
