This original (with contemporary touches), cosy beach cottage offers unspoiled views of the ocean and the iconic Swakopmund Jetty. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops are all within waking distance away. Enjoy breakfast and/or sundowners on the sea side wooden deck where the only sounds you will hear are the seagulls and the waves rolling in from the Atlantic Ocean.

The space
This family-owned holiday cottage is well over half a century old and in nearly pristine condition. It offers a wonderful mix of modern amenities and contemporary living with nostalgic old-world charm.

The cottage offers three bedrooms (one double, two single) for a maximum of four people. The kitchen is fully equipped for carefree self-catering. Lounge and dining room are overlooking the beach and the ocean with the most spectacular sunsets Namibia has to offer.

There is off-street parking for 2 cars (one garage and one car port) and a front- and a back-garden which leads directly onto the beach.

The location of the beach cottage could not be better. All best tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafés literally within minutes walking distance from the house.

The newly built Strand Hotel is only 5 minutes away and offers a health-spa and gym, a craft brewery with german comfort food or you can enjoy sushi & wine at the oyster bar. The "Tug" and the "Jetty 1905" restaurants, are famous for their excellent seafood and are merely 3 minutes away. The center of Swakopmund old town is a pleasant 5 minute walk and the "Tiger Reef Beach Bar" is a short stroll along the beach.
