Balcony duplex apt, very private on the top two floors of city centre building. In the heart of Cork city, located on Fr Matthew Quay, just off South Mall & a 3 minute walk from Patrick St, the main shopping district of Cork City with a choice of bars & restaurants. 2 double bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with electric shower & a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment enjoys views over the River Lee. It’s a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and a popular place to quarantine. Disc St parking.

The space
The apt is south facing so is filled with natural light and enjoys the warm sunshine on sunny days with beautiful views over the river. An ideal spot if you need to quarantine.

I also like to provide my guests with 100% cotton on all bed linen.

Please note that there is no lift in the building and the apt is accessed by stairs in the main building. There are also stairs within the apt itself as it is a two story duplex with the bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs to maximise the views of the river and the city from the living room and a separate fully equiped kitchen which lends to the spacious feeling of the apt which is ideal for both smaller and larger groups. There is also a small balcony.

Please note there are other apts in this building so please adhere to the rules by respecting the neighbours. There are STRICTLY NO PARTIES allowed & absolutely no loud noise or music after 10pm.

Location location location! Ideally located in the heart of Cork City Centre. 3 minutes walk from Patrick Street, a block from South Mall and minutes walk from Shops (BT, M&S, Market Lane). A choice of bars, restaurants and clubs 2 to 3 minutes walk away yet my guests have said they don't hear the noise from the bars/clubs due to its ideal location. Overlooking the River Lee, located beside RTE Cork (Corks television studio), the College of Commerce and minutes walk from the Port of Cork if you are interested in the Harbour Festival or the Ocean to City Race and the numerous events on the Lee. Of if you are a foodie, check out the English Market, its almost on your doorstep. I would be happy to recommend local restaurants and bars.... so many to chose from.
