Luxury house 90 sq.m. with garden for quiet and relaxing stay. It is located next to the bus stop-trolley, where you can reach Yachting marina Zeas with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.
*Within 10 min walking distance you can reach Piraeus Port and the tram / metro for any destination to the center of Athens: Acropolis, Plaka, ect.
*On special and additional request, we can organize a daily tour experience, to our private farm in Salamina Island (see photos 23-38).

The space
The house is luxury with oak ceilings, mahogany doors and original vitro (stained glasses). It's very quiet, safe and cozy.

The villa is in the center of Piraeus, with very easy access to any kind of transportation. From there departs the electric train for any destination to the center of Athens, easy to visit Acropolis in 20 min. From Piraeus also depart the fast ferries for daily cruises to the islands of Saronikos: Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Porto Heli - no need overnight.
