This is a bright double room in a quiet property. You will have access to your own private bathroom. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and a desk. The property is next to Aykley Wood nature reserve and Aykley Heads recreational ground. It is within walking distance to the train station (20 mins.), and to Durham city centre (30 mins.). There is off-street parking available in front of the house.

The space
You are free to use the living room, and dinning room. For short stays (less than three nights) the use of the kitchen is not available. Use of the washing machine only for stays longer than two weeks. If you use it, please bring your own detergent and only use it for full loads.
Please be aware that this is my home and I expect guests to be respectful of the space and to treat the common areas and kitchen utensils with care.
