The space
The house consists of a one floor apartment of 60 sqm, with 3 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. There is also an attic and a basement, but these floors are used as storage for the owners.
This house is built in 1906 as a home for people living and working on the farm, Vikaregarden. It is neighbour to the farmhouse, where the owners live.
