A brand new 120m2, clean modern three-bedroom apartment located in the center of the city. Mostly preferred by foreigners, close to restaurants, cafe bars and markets. 2 minute walk from New Born momentum and Mother Theresa Square. Foremost apartment is very handy, bathrooms with massage equipment, kitchen is equipped with all the necessary, also clean sheets and towels. Free Wi-Fi, secured entrance, central heating, air conditioner and 24h water is offered to all of our guests.

— CLEANLINESS
For stays of a week or longer, the cleaning lady will be available once a week at no extra charge. Every handle is dis-infected with alcohol after every single reservation.

Located right at the center, so close from the Main Square, cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery-stores, bakeries, ATMs. There is a big super market just next door. Thus, the apartment is extremely quite during the night time.
