My place is near beautiful landscapes, such as the Guarapiranga dam and the Sacred Ground (World Headquarters of the Messianic church - worth a visit), restaurants and activities for the whole family.

Our space has a great outdoor area, with an uncovered pool, snooker table, ping pong, idyllic for small events and lawn. Inside, a small pool (with the possibility of heating), in addition to the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and three bathrooms.

Due to repeated problems with groups of young people regarding the use of the house and the sound volume within the condominium, we do not make rentals for users within this profile. The house is set up for the leisure of families and gatherings in this format. We make no exceptions.

Our house is inside a gated community. So, we have neighbors nearby. No speakers that can be heard by the neighborhood. Sound systems must be used respecting the rules of coexistence among residents, and after 10 p.m., the sound must be restricted to the internal environment of the house.

Policy for small events (up to 50 people):

- R$100.00/person/night, for people who go to sleep in the house, in addition to 8, with a maximum of 16.

- R$50.00/person/dayuse for those who go to the place to spend the day and use the structure, but who will not stay to sleep.
