KK Beach House is a bungalow house with a private outdoor swimming pool. It is within walking distance to popular beach in Tanjung Aru, Perdana Park, Convenient stores, Tanjung Aru Plaza, Restaurants, Cafes and 5 Stars Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa. City Centre is 5 mins drive away. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. Plenty of parking spaces.

My home is located in a holiday home with private swimming pool, near the sea of Tanjung Aru. Sabah has beautiful sunsets and a variety of local food. 15 minutes from downtown.

During your stay

If I am in town, I will arrange a meet and greet session for keycard handover and familiarization of the house upon check in. However, if i can't make it for the check in, I will send you a video/manual explanation for your self-check in. (please make sure you have internet access upon your flight arrival in kota kinabalu)
