This is a tiny apartment of my mother's family from the 60's. It's a small, one room apartment, very typical back then. It's great for single travellers, couples or friends and can provide the needed facilities for your every day Athens exploration as also your rest, after amazing but sweet exhausting experiences. The leaving space and the kitchen are really well equiped! The blue bedroom is my favorite area of the apartment. Read a book or listen to music there and you'll get what i mean!

The space
This cosy apartment located in the lower floors of the popular and newly back then apartment buildings of Kipseli. At the time, Kipseli was one of the most presigious, mid and upper class area of Athens, something you can still observe in many of the buildings of this unique neighborhood. But this building itself, still carries the scent and aura of old time, among the multicultural, pluralistic and colorful environment of Kipseli.

Although Kipseli can be very noisy, this part of the neibourhood is very quiet and easy.

At the red-colored space you'll find everything you need, from casroles to books, giving you the choice to prepare your breakfast in the morning while planning your day with coffee, cook for supper or dinner, work or relax, it's all there in that tiny space.

As for the bedroom I just love it's deep blue color that slows down the tempo and gives an extra reason to relax and isolate yourself before you fall asleep.

Where you’ll be

Athina, Greece

Kipseli is one of the most intresting place to be in Athens. Formerly being an upper and middle class residensial area, the last decades it has evolved to a multicultural neighborhood with many cafes, bars, restaurants, art oriented spaces and theatres. Vivid and colorful as it is, it's a genuine place to explore if one wants to experience an aspect of contemporary Athens.

All around you will find anything you might need for your stay. Supermarket right next block, bank, grossery down the corner, a farmacy at the ground floor of our building. It's all there!

My name is Stavros and I'm an architect living in Athens Greece.

I enjoy living in Athens and I'm looking forward to show you my city!
A city atmospheric or rough. Full of light and sun but with a night of wonders. Contemporary but one of the oldest. East and west. A beauty you fall in love with, by character.

I spend my time working on my projects and designing, having quality time with friends and family. I'm into arts, travelling and good food. A well built conversation is one of my greatest delights.
