It's a practical, budget-friendly place to stay in Mactan, not fancy, but clean. The room has basic amenities from air-condition, wifi, mini-ref, small TV, but no cable. Bedsheets, towels and basic toiletries provided. It's near the old Mandaue-Mactan Bridge and very accessible to MEPZ 1,2 and 3, Mactan Intl Airport and key establishment like banks and the like.

The space
Practical for the budget-conscious, clean 2 to 4 person furnished rooms in Mactan. This is a 23-room apartment in two buildings, 5 minutes by car from the Mactan Intl Airport, specifically in Baranggay Pajo.

It is at the heart of Mactan Island, 3 min away from big malls, 20 min away from beaches by car, 10 min away from the famous Birhen de Regla Church, 10 min away from Mactan Export Processing Zone, 10 min away from restaurants . It is accessible to both public and private vehicles and practically 1 min from the main road

It's at the center of Mactan Island and 5 min by walking to the bridge that connects to Cebu Island. Actual address is 858 Maximo Patalinghug Jr Avenue, Pajo, Lapulapu City. You can type 'Munoz Bldg' in (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and that specific building is the front of the compound. You can look at the photos with arrows to lead you to the inside of the compound . Facing Munoz Building, you will notice a gate-colored intruded gate at the right. It's locked most of the time, hence, you have to call my numb(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) so I can get the caretaker to open the gate for you .

My caretaker will meet u. Please relay to me when you are in the airport so I can ask my caretaker to put on the aircon so it won't be too hot when you get in, as well as meet you at the Main Street entrance. You can also relay the plate number of the vehicle you embarked on so it's easy for him to track your arrival.

It is not a very exclusive area. It is near a baranggay hall so at certain times like if there are special occasions, there can be some loud noise though it will definitely be off during nighttime. There can be dog barks and slight chicken sound in the morning but this has been under control already. This place is 80 pct tenanted by crew members of Cebu Pacific Airlines (pilots and flight attendants) and MEPZ personnel .

Pretty easy because there are public vehicles right outside the street for you to go to malls for quick shopping or if you want to get a taste of local food. I advise you to be extra careful when choosing the places to eat if you have a sensitive digestive system - lots of local stalls in the area. Going to nearby mall resto's would be safer.

This place or building is isolated and NOT along the Hiway so taxi drivers are not expected to know when you show the picture. The best way is to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) MUNOZ building in Maximo Patalinghug Jr Avenue and stop there. NOTE : Maximo Patalinghug Avenue is a long stretch, so, do NOT forget to type MUNOZ Building as this is the only landmark. Your guide is that this place is only 5 minutes away from the airport by car.
