Set directly opposite Pearson Park in the tree lined avenues which form the heart of Hull's restaurant area, Number Seven offers comfort, flexibility, a sprinkling of design flair and an incredibly quiet nights rest being hidden away from the madding crowd with access via a private road and private reserved parking.

The space
We designed and built the apartment at Number Seven between August and December 2016. The accommodation exists as a self contained annex within my home, and part of the joy of designing bespoke lodging from the ground up is the freedom it gives you on focusing on it's prime purpose and then adding some desirable extras. The main room is 5 meters in length, the combination of lashings of natural light and well chosen fittings lending it a light and spacious feel. We added amenities we thought you would enjoy, such as 48" HD smart TV with all your catch up favourites, youtube and a selection of free movies that pivots for comfortable viewing be that from bed or seating area, USB charging sockets, soundproofing, thermal insulation, a fully equipped kitchen and an independent heating system meaning you can set the perfect temperature you enjoy be that for relaxing or sleep.

I am not someone who believes rental accommodation should be laminate floors and melamine wardrobes, so you will find some very pleasant furnishings and fittings, a welcome king size bed with quality mattress and cotton rich bedding, tactile fabrics and floorings of tile, real slate and the finest Westex pure wool carpet.

I am particularly proud of the lighting design - we placed all the main lights on dimmers and combined them with lamps and light features while adding a colour scheme and fittings that allow for the interplay of light leading to some lovely options for setting a homely mood for you to enjoy - we really do encourage you to have a good old play with your fun options. We even installed a Hollywood mirror, so no excuses for not looking and feeling your most glamorous on a night out :-)

Our welcome breakfast is currently off menu for obvious reasons but as ever we provide tea, coffee and all the cooking facilities and condiments you could require along with fresh bedding, towels and toiletries.

A final note on our new cleaning regime, which was always immaculate but now involves sanitising all surfaces and touch points in addition to our standard cleaning which always involved sanitising the bathroom and kitchen, so basically key areas are cleaned twice. Bedding is washed at 90 degrees while we have enough towels to rotate so that they will have been in storage for at least a week before your use.

Two minutes walk from your accommodation you can choose either Princes Avenue or Newland Avenue with a myriad of independent bars, restaurants and retailers covering anything from Thai Fusion to Moroccan, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Fish and Jamaican through to Modern English. In summer it is THE place for alfresco drinking and dining.

Pearson Park is opposite the house. Your access to the accommodation is via private road, which means it is both quiet, and offers excellent vehicle security.
