The Olde Town Inn is a beautiful, boutique "bed and a bar" inn located in a neighborhood founded in 1736 by James Oglethorpe. We have 4 lovely rooms, 3 on 2nd floor, each with a private full bath. We have a very cool basement bar, The Fox's Lair, featuring live music 4 nights a week.
We are in walking distance to the best restaurants of downtown Augusta, entertainment venues, art studios, museums, as well as walking, running and bike paths.

The space
Our inn is more accurately described as a boutique hotel than a bed-and-breakfast, but we are still a "b 'n b" -- we do not offer breakfast but we do have a bar in the basement! A very cool live music venue that has been operating 40+ years. The inn is not our residence. We do live only 2 blocks away and respond instantly to any issues our guests may have.

The inn is in the historic Old Towne Neighborhood of Augusta, GA. It is a national historical designated area. It is right on the edge of the business district of downtown Augusta, but not actually in it. As owner, I also live in this neighborhood and I LOVE IT!

During your stay

Our inn is a "boutique hotel", like a bed-and-breakfast but it is not our residence. We meet you at your stated arrival time and check you in and get you oriented to the layout of the building, courtyard, and parking. We live only 2 blocks away and respond instantly to any issues our guests may have.
