This duplex studio cottage in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Lorraine, 2 km from Lake Madine, is located in the center of the triangle Metz, Nancy, Verdun near Pont-à-Mousson, Toul, Saint-Mihiel, Commercy. You can hike, mountain bike, golf at 2 km, the base of Chambley is about ten km away, visit the memory sites 14-18. You are in the middle of the Lorraine countryside by the Côtes de Meuse. Ideal location to rest by yourself, as a couple or as a family with your children.

The space
This cottage of type studio+ 25m² for 2 people, labeled 2 keys Clévacances and "Values regional natural park", is located in the old bread oven of an old vineyard house that we have completely renovated thus combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. On the ground floor you will find a living room dining room with TV and Wifi, separately a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and multifunction microwave oven, next to a bathroom with shower sink and toilet. On the first floor, access by a secure miller's ladder, is the room under the attic attic, it may not be suitable for some people with mobility problems, large or claustrophobic, equipped with a bed in 180 X 200 or (2 x90x200) according to your request, on your arrival the beds are made. You have access to a large courtyard with a garden furniture and a barbecue. Outdoors, at the back of this accommodation you will find a large plot of 4000m² wooded, enclosed, with closed parking, a petanque court, various games for children and our pool, open and heated in season.

During the week minimum rental 4 nights, Mid-week, arrival on Monday or Tuesday, for the price of 180€.
Weekend, 2 nights at 130€, departure possible until 4 pm on Sundays.
