Cosy Chalet Robertville is suitable for 2-4 persons, right at the border of lake Robertville, with great view. You have your own fenced garden with bbq, a terrace which is partly covered and has windshields so you can sit outside earlier. From approximitly april until september use of boat with electric motor and 2 kajaks (1 big and 1 small one) are included and from may until september also included swimming in heated outdoorpool at nearby camping. In winter a cosy fireplace warms your stay.

The space
The chalet is fully equipped. In the open kitchen you have a cooking plate, fridge and a microwave, oven, and Senseo. There are cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, etc.
It is possible to barbecue outside; outside there is a mobile BBQ (on charcoal).
There is 1 high chair for kids available in the chalet. If you need a children’s crib, you’ll need to bring your own.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a big closet. The couch in the living room can be turned into a bed for the extra 2 persons. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.
The chalet has central heating. There also is a fire place
A large cupboard wall provides sufficient storage space.
In the chalet is a flat screen television (with USB connection) and a stereo. Wi-Fi is available, but the signal is not very strong and due to weather conditions.

There's a private parking spot at the front and a possibility to recharge your electric car (for a fee). The access to the lake has a closed gate (private/with key).

Other things to note
Some last important details/rules:
-pets are not allowed in the chalet
-it is not allowed to stay with more than 4 people in the chalet (baby's included)
-if you will have visitors over, you must report it in advance (there might be asked for a fee)
-it is not allowed to bring your own barbecue/fire pit and if you use ours, you need to clean after use (not included in the standard-cleaning)
-use of grill, fondue, gourmet etc. only outside or at the latest 48 hours before departure so there will be no smell for the next guests)
-we ask for a guaranty fee of € 250,00 (which will be paid back after your stay after checking the chalet)
-linen is included (made beds, towels and kitchenlinen)
