Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. The waterfall and palm trees finish the tropical feel of the backyard.

The space
Three large bedrooms in this ranch style home with great entertainment spaces. Enter into a vaulted ceiling room with exposed beams, limestone walls, and stained glass reclaimed from a 18th century German church. Spotlighting space with various dimmers to set the mood. In the nearby Living room, find a 70" TV for sports, NASCAR, or movie nights. Walk through to a central Kitchen and dining area which provides a great open space large enough for any number of guests needs. Outdoors a rock lined pool, waterfall, large jacuzzi, and stone fire ring provide the setting for a fabulous poolside oasis. And lastly an outside Palapa, with TV, barbecue w/ rotisserie, refrigerator, and seating for 8 to cozy up around the outdoor dining / bar gathering area.

The entire house is yours, with exception of the garage. Code enabled Lock box provides key access. Simple instructions included to run the amenities such as the pool, waterfall, spa, outdoor TV and music.
