Our Space is very Cozy, clean, airy and with Privacy. Entrance on the side of the house. Super-equipped kitchen. Spacious new bathroom. Our Space is on top, and receives the delicious breeze of the sea.
We are in front of Praia das Dunas do Peró, Reserva Ambiental, of Areias branquinhas. The Beach is 1,200m away
*We are 20 minutes from Búzios and Arraial do Cabo. A 10min drive to Pero Beaches, Conchas and Ilha do Japones and to the trendy Praia do Forte.

Completely quiet and family atmosphere!🤗. We live in the front house.
We have 2 small dogs, a Poodle and Basset, playful that often run loose in the backyard. They're very docile and caring🐕🐕. Please, they can'T eat any food or cookies, etc. One of them has high-grade diabetes.
