国宝の大崎八幡宮までは15分前後なので、お散歩には丁度いい距離にあります。
マンションから歩いて1分以内のところにローソンがあり、3分程度のところにセブンイレブンがあります。

ローソンの隣に焼肉屋があります。
玄武という有名な中華料理店が歩いて1分以内のところにあります。人気店です。

I have 4 liters of natural mineral water in the refrigerator.

Apart from bath toilet, there is a toilet seat with warm-heater shawer for remote control operation.

As there are two rooms, you can use it up to 3 people extensively.
There is a large wall hanging TV.
There is also a two-seat sofa bed and multifunctional CD radio.
It is a single bed on the listing, but the bed is semi-double.
Since there is desk and wi-fi, personal computer work is also possible.
My house faces the boulevard, but since it is a soundproofed window, you can keep it without worrying about it.

※ There is no step from the outside to the entrance of the room, the elevator is a large 9-seat rider, so it is very easy to move suitcases, wheel chairs, strollers and so on.
