Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ca 20 min by car.

The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house.

Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm, sun lounge/patio you have a splendid direct view of the small bay of the Baltic sea.

The space
Open space fully equipped living-room with A/C and big windows facing the Baltic sea. One bathroom with floor-heating, WC and shower. Two small bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen including coffee-maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge, micro, toaster, stove etc. Laundry machine, iron and ironing-board is also available.

Big, 20 sqm, sun lounge/patio with both a seating and a dining areas well as a marvellous view of the Baltic Sea.
