The house is close to the railway station, easy access to Goodwood (perfect for all their events), Stansted House, Portsmouth and Chichester. The village has a shop, 3 pubs, Dr's, phamacy, post office, cafe.
The room is spacious, with double bed and sofa. Tea/coffee/kettle available and we will try to provide whatever else you need. It has a private entrance with own bathroom.
There are forest walks within a minute of the house, 10 minute drive to beautiful Emsworth harbour.

The space
Self contained spacious and comfortable with sofa, freesat tv, wifi. There is also a chair that extends into a single bed for more flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Own private access to outside plus own private bathroom with bath and shower. PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is split over ground floor (bathroom) and first floor (main room) and due to the staircase to access the bedroom people with impaired mobility may find access difficult ... please contact us for more details if you like. Rail link direct to London or Portsmouth. Easy access to the South Downs National Park, QECP plus countryside walks on the doorstep in Stansted House just minutes away. Chichester and Emsworth harbour, a few minutes drive away also. Both Emsworth and Chichester Harbours are areas of outstanding beauty and have many restaurants and bistros. Goodwood House, with its many events, is a 25 min drive away.
