Private dock with fish light, boat ramp, and kayaks on site for guest use. Belle Isle State Park is located 2 miles from the property.

The space
"Rivah View" is a gem located in rural Lancaster County, Virginia that is situated in the heart of the Northern Neck. The property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have a charming "downtown" area with boutiques, restaurants, local farmers' markets, wineries, museums, antique shops, galleries and a state of the art entertainment complex. We provide a local restaurant guide for our guests in addition to local, seasonal seafood options.

The property includes a fully equipped kitchen with a grill area. There is also a fire pit outside along with plenty of outdoor space for children and/or pets. The beautiful sun room offers amazing views of the river. Guests have access to a laptop-friendly work space with reliable wifi. We provide an exceptionally clean living space stocked with all of the basic amenities that you would have at home.
