Other things to note
1. I need to keep your money 1000 baht for key card and a lot stuff when you
check in. But don't worry if you do not make the damage. I will pay back to
you when check out. But If things got damage I need you to pay for
damaged item. You can check out rate from stuff list. Oh, i need your
passport copy also.
2. if you stay as weekly or monthly, house keeper will clean room 1 time ,
just tell me when you need to clean.
3. Pool not free its had service charged 200 baht per time
4. Please note that the rental price does not include electricity bills.
(Additional utilities: electricity 5 baht per unit) first day you check in we can
see the electricity machine together and when you check out we will see
electricity again for difference and calculate electricity bill.
