The space
Gorgeous, sunny, brilliantly located and utterly renovated top to bottom apartment features central AC/Heat, Wi Fi, Voip, HDTV in both bedrooms, gorgeous LR/DR and designer kitchen, washer/dryer, wraparound balcony with stunning view of Peace Forest and Promenade. Across the road from German Colony and Baqa. A few minutes minutes by foot to First Train Station, YES Planet Cineplex, Cinematheque and Smadar Cinema, 20 minutes to Kotel, 15 minutes to King David. Most good Jerusalem restaurants are very close by. Superdeal supermarket across the street, plus a 24/7 minimarket around the corner. Buses 8,71,72,74,75 around the corner - 5 minutes to Jaffa Rd

There is no finer apartment to be had, including parking, and everything is literally at your doorstep. One visit and you'll be wanting to come again and again.

Abu Tor is a unique neighborhood that is centrally located, with access to EVERYHING yet almost rural in its scale and scenery. Very green with an excellent park, superb shopping and public transport, and an easy walk to most things that matter, Free shuttle to the Old City one block away.Otherwise it's a 20 minute walk. The YES Planet cineplex is around the corner. The First Train station is a few minutes walk. The free shuttle to the Western Wall/Old City is one block away.
