A self contained unit with own ensuite and entrance this space is large and comfortable. Only 5 mins to the sea...access by bus to Marion shopping centre. And only 20 mins to McLarenvale wine region. Magnificent views and to top it off a deep pool

The space
Private downstairs apartment with own access to laundry and kitchenette ... brand new bathroom.. room is extra large and has a leather couch with small table. Outside is a table and chairs with a bbq. The house is on a large block with a deep outdoor in ground swimming pool. There is private access to the apartment via a side access and is also attached to the interior of the house by an indoor stair case.

The peace and quiet is wonderful being 20 mins from the city. ..although we have access to a major shopping centre at Marion so there is very little need to travel far... the beach is within walking distance or 5 mins by car. Local supermarket is down the road and has fantastic seafood.... a major draw card is the quick access to McLarenvale via freeway 20 mins and you are in the heart of one of the best wine regions in Australia. To sit with wine and cheese and a glass of bubbles on the balcony watching the sun set over the sea is pure heaven....why would you want to be anywhere else....?
