Subiaco is a well-located, safe, friendly and quiet neighbourhood renowned for its character. Local transport links mean it is easy to come and go. A very competitively priced car hire company (Bayswater Cars) is just around the corner if you prefer to drive yourself around.
Numerous cafes and coffee shops, supermarkets (including Coles and Woolworths), delis, fashion boutiques , renowned restaurants, bars, pubs, the Regal Theatre and public transport mean that you have everything you need within 300m of my home. The Saturday morning Farmers Market is known as the best in Perth and I would certainly recommend it. Everything is at your fingertips.

I have lived in Subiaco since 1989 though originally from UK. I am a primary schoolteacher. Love to travel and hear about Airbnb guests’ adventures.

During your stay

As a full time primary school teacher, I will be out of the house 0800-1730 weekdays, except public holidays and school holiday periods.
With almost 30 years living in Subiaco, I can point you in the right direction to anything you may need. My son lives close by so between the two of us we will be happy to assist you should you need any information.
You will be supplied with a set of keys so you can come and go as you please.
