Falmouth Bay View is a luxury ground floor apartment overlooking the stunning Falmouth Bay and just 50m from Gyllyngvase Beach. It is well appointed with high quality fixture and fittings and can sleep 4 people. King size bedroom with ensuite and twin room with separate bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and wine fridge, smart TV with Chromecast, WiFi and washing machine.

SPACE DETAILS:
Being a self-catered apartment, Falmouth Bay View makes a safe getaway in the current COVID 19 climate, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air far and other Cornish delights, from the madding crowd.

The apartment is beautifully appointed throughout with a large, light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen dining room with stunning views out to sea. Large comfortable leather sofa and other seating creates a cosy sitting area to look out to sea or watch the large smart TV. Large solid wood dining table seats six. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and prepping and includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, separate surface Miele hob, wine fridge and more. Double French doors lead to a small balcony with table and chairs for outside dining and enjoying the stunning views.

The hallway leads to the main bedroom which has an extra long kingsized bed with a large fitted wardrobes and a high spec en-suite fitted with Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, wall toilet and large fully tiled shower with low led lighting and heated towel rail. There is a single French door that leads to outside of the apartment. The hallway leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and there is a separate family bathroom fitted as with the en-suite but with a large bath and shower over and heated towel rail. The back door leads out into the main apartment block with lift and stairs to exit for back entrance and bin/key cupboard. There is one private parking space at the front of the property.

The apartment has solid wood flooring throughout with carpeted bedrooms and total underfloor heating with individual room thermostats to provide the perfect temperature to suit everyone.

I'm a mature lady who loves friendship and company. I enjoy horse riding, walking my dogs, watching a good film or having a drink at the local pub or coffee shop with friends. I like to travel both in the UK and overseas, particularly where there are lots of lovely walks and preferably near the sea!
