The space
Aparthotel Jardin Tropical offers furnished and equipped studios for rental of 450 sq feet - 42m² with double bed, kitchen, office and ensuite bathroom. They include cooking equipment, mini-bar, fridge, oven micro-wave, TV with 72 channels, safe, wireless internet, air-conditioning, bedding, toiletries, towels & hair dryer. Studios have a terrace next to a garden and a great view.

Studios are quiet and offer great privacy, with inside parking, silent generator, tank, solar & electric water heaters and outside BBQ.

The rate includes laundry and ironing, wireless internet, cable TV (72 channels), toiletries, utilities, daily cleaning and change of bed sheets every 2 days. A studio can accommodate two guests.

Je crois beaucoup en l'économie participative et c'est un plaisir accueillir et de connaître des gens. Depuis 2018, je suis "super hôte" sur Airbnb. Ce statut met en avant les hôtes les plus expérimentés et les mieux notés sur Airbnb.
J'ai habité longtemps au Burundi, où je possède "Aparthotel Jardin Tropical" et j'habite maintenant à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire. A Abidjan j'ai une superbe maison d'hôte qui propose un plusieurs possibilités d'hébergement.
Je propose des logements calmes. Je cherche donc des locataires discrets, qui ne mettent pas de musique forte et qui n'organisent pas de fêtes. Les enfants sont toujours les bienvenus !

I provide peaceful accommodation, so I am looking for quiet guests who won't play loud music or organize parties. However, children avec always welcome !
