Our place is close to main madgaon railway station(10 minutes by car), hospitals, public transport. You’ll love my place because of your local friendly goan hosts, the central location, CLEANLINESS (we make sure that it's as new for you) & the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and big groups.

The space
It consists of an entire floor of just a double storied building. Spacious hall, two spacious bedrooms, equipped kitchen. Two toilets & a bath with hot & cold water.

Convenient, a few steps to the market & bus stand/Railway Station/schools/hospitals/religious institutions etc. 2nd floor apartment. Two Air conditioned bed rooms with toilet attached. Beautiful sitting room. Cozy kitchen with Easy cooking facility, besides plenty of restaurants around (veg & non-veg). Though in the heart of the city it has a quiet atmosphere with decent surroundings. No lift but easy climbing. Parking is also available. Private terrace for functions.

Margao which is the south side of Goa is a compact town centre & ranges around the oblong Municipal Gardens, with shops, restaurants, ATMs and the covered market all within easy reach. To the north of town, is the old Portuguese-flavoured Largo de Igreja district; about 1km north further is the main (Kadamba) bus station, and 1.5km southeast of the Municipal Garden is Margao's train station. Margao is the commercial capital of Goa. It is home to many heritage houses. The nearest beach is Colva & Benaulim which is 6 to 7 km away. Furtherest south is the world famous Palolem beach also known as virgin beach about 40 km away. In between there are many. Agonda, varca & others. Cabo De Ram is a Fort in south Goa which is worth seeing. Baga & Candolim which is in North of Goa is about. 40 km away.
