I propose 2 double rooms with sweet breakfast (2 different ads).
Both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the house with a surface of 140 m². Bedroom 1 has a surface of 10 m² and bedroom 2 of 11 m².
Large quiet garden, possibility of parking and garage, wifi, books and music for all tastes.
It is a town house located 5 minutes walk from the city center. There is no industry nearby.

The space
The house is located in a very quiet street with a garden and vegetable garden. There is a parking space right in front of the house or near.
Room 1 of 10 m² with garden view has a double bed of 140x190 with new bedding very comfortable, a closet with a part to hang clothes with hangers and another part with shelves, a seat, a small table and a mirror. It is located on the 1st floor.
I also have a baby cot at your disposal.
The room 2 side street is also for rent, it has a double bed (140x200) and the bedding is new.
If you come with children, both rooms are side by side.

The house is 5 minutes walk from the city center, close to all shops. the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a supermarket down the street (300 m). The station is a 5 minute walk if you come by train, 20 minutes from Metz and Nancy (timetables available). The motorway exit is 6 km away if you just Metz (exit 28) and 3 km if you just Nancy (exit 26). These two cities are 30 km or 30 minutes max.

Depuis plus de 40 ans je pars en vacances en chambres d'hôtes. Cela m'a donné envie à moi aussi de proposer ce type d'hébergement. J'aime chiner, d'ailleurs la maison est remplie de meubles ou babioles que j'ai trouvés un peu partout en France. Je cultive un petit potager pour me détendre après le travail. J'aime également cuisiner avec une partie des produits de mon jardin bien sur. Je m'intéresse à l'art sous toutes ses formes, photos, peinture, sculpture, design.

For over 40 years I'm going on vacation cottages. I wanted also to propose this type of accommodation. I love antiquing, also the house is filled with furniture and trinkets that I found everywhere in France. I grow a small garden to relax after work. I also love to cook with some of the products in my garden of course. I am interested in art in all its forms, photos, painting, sculpture, design.

I'd be discreet but I would be there to guide you and advise you.
The region is rich in cultural and natural site: Metz and the Pompidou center, Nancy and Art Nouveau, Pont-à-Mousson and its unique paper mache museum in France, Verdun and its sites of the First World War, the lake of Madine Meuse.
I could give you all the tips on flea markets in the region because I love antiquing.
