Situated in a gated community with parking for 2 cars, the villa is ideal for kids, adults, families and friends. Calm residence surrounding by beach bars , Greek Restaurants and other activities.

The space
The kitchen is very well organised and equipped. There is oven, microwave, refrigerator with built in ice maker, glass ceramic cook top panes, and a large dish washer.
There is a washing machine and a separate dryer.
The windows are double glazed with fly screens in all the bedrooms and all the communal areas.
Also, there are air conditions in all the rooms and living room.
The gardener and the pool guy are coming once a week for the maintenance. This service is included in the cost.
