My house is very modern and is situated in a very secluded and private countryside area but yet extremely close to Tralee town and amenities
There are loads of walking and hiking trials nearby and you are a short drive to many blue flag beaches.
The house is perfectly located on the main routes in Kerry, like Killarney, Dingle Peninsula, Wild Atlantic Way and the Ring Of Kerry.
My house is just a few minutes from Ballyseedy Castle Hotel, Ballygarry House Hotel, Ballyroe Hotel, Rose Hotel and many more.
FAS (Solas) ETB are only a few minutes drive away.
It is very close to 2 world famous golf courses, Tralee and Ballybunion

Tralee is perfectly located in the centre of Kerry so you are close to all attractions.

You are just 10 minutes from Kerry airport, it provides the perfect base for planning day trips to areas such as Killarney, Tralee, Dingle and the famous Ring of Kerry route.

My house is situated on the "Wild Atlantic Way" which is a 180km long tourist route in County Kerry combining fabulous scenery with green emerald pastures and villages.

Hiking/Walking: only a few minutes drive from "Glanageenty loop"

This loop has a peaceful and tranquil setting where birdlife abounds. It follows forest tracks, riverbank and open country along the Glanageenty River and through woodlands, passing the site of a Desmond Castle. There are glorious vistas of Carrantuohill, the Gap of Dunloe and Mount Brandon.
