This 16th Century villa with fragrant rose gardens is perfect for special family/friend celebrations, as it sleeps 16 adults +6 children.

For entertainment:

A private swimming pool with sun loungers (May-September)

A lounge with TV,DVD player+Netflix. Also plenty of board games!

The space
The villa is situated in a large private estate, with it's own gardens and private pool with sunloungers. There is a beautiful park directly behind the villa, with mountain views,accessible only to our guests for long walks, or to use the tennis court.

The villa is split over 3 floors, so plenty of space and privacy for all guests. There are 9 bedrooms in total ( 1 bedroom is located in a small separate guesthouse next to the pool) Most bedrooms have either an ensuite shower room or separate bathroom. There are 2 large lounge areas to relax in, a huge terrace, 2 gardens, and of course your own private outdoor swimming pool, which is maintained on a daily basis.

For entertaining the young ones, there is a special playroom for ages 0-5 years old, including a nappy changing station. We also have highchairs and cots available.

For those young at heart, we have a pool table, a flat screen television in the lounge with Netflix and dvd player and plenty of board games.

There are also 2 fully equipped kitchens if you wish to cook and a gas barbeque outside.

We are located in a small village, a car is essential. Only 5 minutes drive to the closest supermarket.

A perfect break for all the family or groups of friends. Pets are also welcome!

Please Note: From 24:00 to 08:00 no music and no loud noise.

Where you’ll be

Moruzzo, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy

Close to many attractions as we are perfectly located for the Mountains
(Dolomites), the beaches ( Grado/ Lignano) and the countryside. Most attractions are all between 15 minutes to 1 hr drive away. We have a guest folder in the Villa with all the local information of places to visit. We can also let you know when the various festivals take place in the area.
